If you are looking for a way to scare the bejesus out of you or a way to not ever be able to fall asleep, I have found your solution: Google "the end times."  Great read. SIKE.  Worst idea I have had in a long time.  I went against my better judgement.  Lost a lot of sleep.  So I am in a real good mood right now....And I have a load of questions....
